These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Site Your Business' website and services. By Site Your Business' accessing this website and/or using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. 1. Definitions

Refers to Site Your Business, a digital marketing agency specializing in web development, social media management, PPC advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
1.2. "Client," "You," "Your"
Refers to the individual or entity using our services.
1.3. "Services"
Refers to the digital marketing services provided by Site Your Business, including but not limited to web design and development, social media management, PPC advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
2. Services
2.1. Scope of Services
The services provided by Site Your Business will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement with specific details on deliverables, timelines, and fees.
2.2. Changes to Services
Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1. Fees
The fees for services will be outlined in the Service Agreement. Additional fees may apply for any services outside the agreed scope.
3.2. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges as outlined in the Service Agreement.
3.3. Taxes
The client is responsible for all applicable taxes related to the services.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. Confidential Information
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information obtained during the course of the engagement confidential, unless required by law to disclose such information.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership
All intellectual property rights for work created by Site Your Business remain with the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the rights will be transferred to the client.
5.2. Non-Payment
If the client fails to pay for the services rendered, Site Your Business retains full ownership of all work produced and reserves the right to reuse, or otherwise dispose of the work as deemed appropriate.In the event of non-payment, the client is prohibited from using any of the work produced by Site Your Business in any form. Any use of the work without full payment will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.
6. Termination
6.1. Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
6.2. Termination for Breach
The agreement may be terminated immediately by either party if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. No Liability for Indirect Damages
Site Your Business will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services.
7.2. Limitation of Direct Damages
Site Your Business' total liability for direct damages arising out of or in connection with the services will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services.
8. Governing Law
8.1. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto Rico.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1. Updates
Site Your Business reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.10. Contact Information

11. Special Offer: One-Month Free Trial
11.1. Free Trial Terms
Site Your Business offers a one-month free trial of our digital marketing services to new clients. During this trial period, we will implement marketing strategies tailored to your business needs. At the end of the trial period, we will review the results with you. If you are satisfied and wish to continue, we will proceed with a formal Service Agreement and standard pricing.If you choose not to continue after the trial period, there will be no charges, and no further services will be provided.
11.2. Trial Period Deliverables
Specific deliverables for the trial period will be outlined in a separate agreement prior to the start of the trial.
By using our services, you hereby consent to our terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
